FA: INV: 20B - Unable to Pick Confirm Serialized Components for Work Order (Doc ID 2681733.1)

Issue Description:  Unable to Pick Confirm Serialized Components for Work Order

After moving to 20B, User gets an error when they try to enter From Serial Number on the Confirm  Pick Slips Page for a work order component with Push supply type. The error message is "The serial number is not valid for transaction source type Work Order and transaction action Issue from stores".

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a work order with a serial component. The supply type for the component should be Push.
2) Ensure that the 'System Selects Serial Numbers' option is set to No in the organization parameters.
3) Release the work order.
4) In the Confirm Pick Slips page, search for the work order and try to pick confirm the component.
5) Enter/Select a serial number. At this time, the system throws an error "The serial number XYZ is not valid for
transaction source type Work Order and transaction action Issue from stores. (WSH-2460578)". And you cannot proceed to confirm the pick.
