FA: SCM: MNT: Work Order is Completed Without Providing Mandatory Meter Readings (Doc ID 2681999.1)

Work Order is being completed without entering the Meter readings when meter is mandatory

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Supply Chain Execution > Maintenance Management
2. Manage Assets > Create Asset
3. Click on 'Meter' tab and Create a meter by choosing 'Mandatory' for 'Record Meters at Work Order Completion' > Save and Close
4. Navigate to Manage Maintenance Work Order > Create a 'Work Order' for the 'Asset'
5. Release the Work Order
6. Navigate to Maintenance Review Dispatch List > Search for the Work Order
7. Click on 'Complete with Details' and Click on 'Save and Close' without clicking on 'Next'.
8. Observe that Work order is Completed
