Oracle Erp Adapter unable to list actions while ERP connection works fine (Doc ID 2682086.1)

Symptoms

ERP connections works fine but when navigating through ERP adapter wizard in an integration, on 'actions' page wizard is failing to list actions. Following error is seen in the UI
