When using the Update Fixed Assets Configuration template to add new locations, system is erroring with "Invalid Combination. Segment is not defined."


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the UpdateFixedAssetsConfiguration template.
2. Add new locations
3. Click the 'Validate Data' button on the Rapid Setup Instructions worksheet.
