Symptoms

The filters are getting appended instead of replacing before applying when there is a common target canvas for multiple parent canvases.

Let us assume there are two canvases called "Parent Canvas 1" and "Parent Canvas 2" and a target canvas called "Target Canvas".

Steps To Replicate

1. Open "Parent Canvas 1" and navigate to "Target Canvas". Filters from "Parent Canvas 1" gets passed to "Target Canvas" rightly.
2. Open "Parent Canvas 2" and navigate to "Target Canvas". Filters from "Parent Canvas 2" gets appended to the existing filters in the "Target Canvas". This results in incorrect result.
