Symptoms
The links for the Pending actions for both Beneficiary Designation and Certifications are disabled in Employee Self service (SSBEN) unlike in Admin pages.
From SSBEN, the user is unable to designate beneficiaries with percentage nor are they able to upload certifications for life event requirements.
