No Email Received For Approving Sender Email Notification In 2nd OIC instance (Doc ID 2682655.1)

While adding a valid email to notification sender email list in two different OIC instance in same domain.

For instance 1, when an email is added an approval email is generated to that specific email address to approve addition of that email as a valid sender.

For instance 2, no approval email is generated. But the email was auto approved as an approved sender
