Unable Create Bank Account Payment Documents For The Year 2022 (Doc ID 2682880.1)

I create bank account, then create payment documents for the year from 2020 to 2024
Result: At the year 2022, I can not create payment documents.

You must enter a value higher than the current value 0 when
updating the Last Issued Document Number field. (IBY-825866)
