Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The value Journal Line DFF is not updated properly
There is an unexpected behavior shown when journal entry has been entered through ADFDI, DFF values are not updated properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journal should created with proper DFF values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open "Create Journal via Spreadsheet" ADFDI
2. Provide all the details
3. Submit the Spreadsheet to create journal
