Symptoms

To Transact Quantity is not defaulted as Expected Quantity when yielding the product output in process work orders when any of the ingredient quantity (Basis: fixed) doesn't have sufficient on-hand.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Process Manufacturing Batch (work order)
2. When any one of the ingredient (Basis: fixed) doesn't have sufficient on-hand, then the product yield transaction is not reflecting the required quantity.
3. Product yield is showing the fixed quantity of the ingredient on to the product yield To Transact Quantity field which is not correct.
