Complete XML Data is Getting Stored in the I_Transmission Table Even if glog.integration.transmission.suppressPersistFullXml Set to true (Doc ID 2683477.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The property glog.integration.transmission.suppressPersistFullXml = true, still the complete XML data is stored in the I_TRANSMISSION table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only the header should be stored in the I_TRANSMISSION table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set glog.integration.transmission.suppressPersistFullXml = true

2. Check the Inbound transmission report it shows entire XML including the Body and Header

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the database size if increasing fast.
