Goal

1. Issue description
---------------------
Issue with synchronization between HCM Design studio changes and page composer.

1. Go to HCM DS
2. Role Change Action
3. Mark as Visible certain DFFs and save
4. Go to role change page and check the properties of the same DFF fields.
5. Notice that the properties of "Renderd" field is not having an EL Expression - representing the customization made under HCM DS

Expected behavior: the "Rendered field under page composer should have an EL expression like
#{(hcmRulesConfig['oracle.apps.hcm.employment.base.uiModel.view.AssignmentMDVO']['JobId'].visibleCustomizedInApplicableRules ? hcmRulesConfig['oracle.apps.hcm.employment.base.uiModel.view.AssignmentMDVO']['JobId'].visible : hcmRulesConfig['/oracle/apps/hcm/employment/base/ui/page/EmploymentDetails.jsff']['jidLbl'].visible)

which represent the configuration done under HCM design studio.
