BudgetImportTemplate.xlsm can be used to load both GL budget and Control Budget? (Doc ID 2683659.1)

As per Instruction page from BudgetImportTemplate.xlsm, it can be used to load both GL budget and Control Budget.

Our scenario have defined two scenarios for GL Budget - Budget 2020 and Budget 2021. Than created control budget with name CCCSD Monthly Control Budget .

Now in the template, can be provided Control Budget name but there is no field to provide scenario for GL Budget, so how it will load in different scenarios for GL Budget?

How the system will determine under which scenario it will load GL budget as there is no column for it in FBDI?
