Loading Layout Page Is Slow with Large Number of Product Layout and Products (Doc ID 2683668.1)

If there are many product layouts and large number of products, it may take up to several minutes whenever navigating to Admin / Design / Layout.

Reproducible Steps

1. Login to Admin UI

2. Create many product layouts

3. Create or import many products

4. Navigate to Design / Layout tab. Notice it may take 1 or several minutes depending the size of products and product layouts

5. Switch to another Design tab and switch back to Layout tab, notice it takes the same long time.
