Symptoms

When using the agent action 'CALCULATE EVENT DISTANCE FROM SHIPMENT STOPS' to estimate distance based on GPS coordinate, the distance calculated is incorrect when using ESTIMATE and LOOKUP ELSE ESTIMATEW when the Short/Long Distance Cutoff specified and Short/Long Distance Factor value are populate with something other than 0.
