Data Flows Used To Refresh OTBI Data Sets Failing With Error "[nQSError: 43204] Asynchronous Job Manager Failed To Execute The Asynchronous Job." (Doc ID 2684202.1)

Symptoms

Created a few data flows in the OAC instance that connects to the OTBI HCM instance to refresh a certain data sets which are created from the HCM OTBI Reports.

Scheduled these flows daily using the Schedule Option present in the Data Flow. However, these data flows are failing to run with the error below:

Step |j| Execution failed. Status: FAILED. Message: [nQSError: 77031] Error occurs while calling remote service DatasourceService. Details: [JDSError : 76] An exception was occurred during request processing, please check logs for more details : {0} - Cause: An error was thrown from datasource : {1} Action: Consult the log file and contact Oracle Support [nQSError: 43224] The Dataflow "Measures Refresh" failed during the execution.[nQSError: 43204] Asynchronous Job Manager failed to execute the asynchronous job.
