Symptoms

When attempting to approve a Change Order, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action. Action APPROVE on task X cannot be performed by firstname.lastname@abc.com. Make sure that the action is valid with respect to the current state of task or ensure that the user has privilege to perform this action on the workflow task.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Change Order and assign it to 8 approvers
2. See that 7 of the approvers have completed the task
3. When one approver attempts to complete task, the error is thrown
