Goal

Q> User is trying to upload org level item attributes in PDH. But getting error-"The revision entered already exists for the specified item"

 Data gets successfully loaded without revision but revision code is populated with value as 'A' instead of 'B'. At master level, there is 'B' as the value for revision.
