INV: Unable To Query Records In Pending Transaction UI

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Inventory
There are records available in INV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table but cannot remove or delete these records because when users are trying to query these records in Pending Transaction UI, then these records are NOT appearing there.
Records shall be available in Pending Transactions. so that they can be removed
