Symptoms

Customer was not able to submit Sales Order as an error pops up upon submission

The credit check for customer XXXXXXX failed for the following reason: AR-Error While Getting Data from AR_TRX_SUMMARY for Customer - 99999999 Account - 999999, Probably exchange rate is not set correctly Sql Error:User-Defined Exception. The order lines that failed are now on hold.
