Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Goal Management
When attempting to approve an goal,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is creating an goal and submits for approval.
2. Manager is trying to approve but is receiving an ADF error
3. Manager clicks OK several times and she cannot go beyond this page and click submit.
4. User is receiving mail that goal is approved
