FA: SCM: PIM: NIR Was Pushed Without Bom (Structure) Added Against One Item (Doc ID 2686291.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to mark a New Item Request (NIR) as Complete, the following error occurs:

Definitions for one or more required entities listed below are not complete for this step


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. NIR defined at item class 'AAAA'; Definition Workflow set up to require Structure and a set of user defined attributes
2. create new Item using 'AAAA' Item class to trigger a NIR
3. filled all the required attributes for "specification tab" and also 'Structure tab" but NIR did not get progressed - it showed Warning " Definitions for one or more required entities listed below are not complete for this step."
4. clicking on "mark complete" it shows following error message "Definitions for one or more required entities for this step are not complete."
