Symptoms
CTE XML Import Electronic Fiscal Document Process finished in error
The customer was trying to import an FDC using CTE: Freight Acquisition and Freight from Supplier to Customer
but it results in error.
ERROR
-----------------------
The header error is related to " The fiscal flow information could not be derived".
The user-defined Fiscal Classification Information is incorrect for line 1.
Line error: The line type could not be derived.
Line error: The source document type could not be derived.
Line error: The source document business unit could not be derived.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Import Fiscal Document for Brazil.
2. Supply Chan Execution > Fiscal Document Capture
3. Check the Interface Exceptions.
4. Observe the reported errors.
5. User attempts to resolve the errors, but the interface is stuck on retrying.
