Single action group parallel approval for Project Status

We are trying to achieve below approval requirements for Project Status Approval.

Any status change should pass through 2 approval groups.

Approval Group 1 having members say A, B, C
Approval Group 2 having members say C, D, E, F

Now if I submit project status for approval, it first need to go to Approval Group 1 and all members will receive notification to approve the status and if any 1 member approve it, that should flow to next stage that is Approval Group 2 and any single member of Group 2 can approve that which ultimately approve the status change and update the next status on Project.

For the same we have created 2 approval rules under “ProjectStatusNotificationApproval” and we use below tasks to create Status approval rule for each group separately.

SoaOLabel.ProjectStatusApprovalParallelParticipant.ProjectStatusApprovalParticipa1 : Approval Group 1
SoaOLabel.ProjectStatusApprovalParallelParticipant.ProjectStatusApprovalParticipa: Approval Group 2

But the issue we are facing is, once any member from Approval Group 1 approve the task it doesn’t fetch it to the next level rather it stuck under System Update.

I am attaching the snap of all the configs with the approval stuck in system.

Seeking for your assistance to achieve the client requirement to basically config Project Status approval on a group as parallel notification with approval of single participant on multiple groups.
