SR's are getting assigned to signed out agents too.

We was doing testing for the case when agents have signed out of the system, in that case, service request should not be assigned to the agents, but it is still getting assigned.

What we should do in order to make sure that agents that are signed out to not receive Service Requests?


No SR assignment for signed out agents.
