Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
---------------------------
User is getting error while Create and Save Inter Class Conversion in between Primary UOM  and Transaction UOM for Item.

ERROR
---------
The value provided for the UOM Code attribute is invalid. (RCS-3360019)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Goto applications
2. Setup and Maintenance
3. Global Search->Manage Units of Measure for Interclass Conversion
4. Click on Add
5. Enter the Item number , From Base UOM and Conversion
6. Save and Close
7. Error appears

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
User should able to create Interclass Conversion from UI

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue users are unable to perform Direct Organization transfer for item in different unit of Measure other than Primary UOM.
