Unable To Navigate To Edit Receipt UI On Clicking Receipt Number In Search Results (Doc ID 2687612.1)

When user search for Receipt Number and click the link to jump to receipt page , the below error message is prompted.

  "Application error has happned. Please check incident log to check the detail."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Receipts
2. Search with receipt number
3. Click Receipt number hyperlink without selecting search result
