Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While importing via FBDI they are getting the below error:
Error Message - The withholding tax classification name {GROUP_NAME} is
invalid. Enter a valid value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Try to load invoice using PayablesStandardInvoiceImportTemplate
2. Load Withholding tax group and it results in Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. FBDI Import for AP Invoices with Tax
