Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add banking or create payment in Bill Management

When logging into Bill Management, selecting a transaction, and clicking the Pay button there is no option to select the desired bank or add a bank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to select Bank information.
