Tax setup was done with tax point basis null.

The system considers tax point basis as Invoice when no value is provided on tax setup.

Declarable Input VAT register for Italy report took tax point basis as invoice while accounting was expected.

Changing the tax point basis on tax setup will affect only future transaction.
