FRS Expand All Feature Is Not Showing All Detail Values (Some Are Missing) (Doc ID 2687938.1)

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expand All feature in FRS reports is working inconsistently. Not all the roll-ups are expanded through this option.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When using "Expand All", all the child values of a parent should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to FRS report
2. Select a report to run and fetch the output.
3. On clicking Expand All option, not all parent values are detailed.
