On clicking on the Event queues , get the following error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Config and admin--> Technical Support--> Diagnostic tools--> Open process--> event queues
OR

2. Config and admin--> Technical Support--> Diagnostic tools-->Event queues
