Unable to Log Into the Mobile Application - User Cannot Get Past the Login Screen (Doc ID 2688474.1)

Symptoms

A User is unable to log into the mobile app. It doesn't give an error it just brings back to the domain and login page, which keeps repeating.

The User is able to access the mobile app with public Admin role access.

When this User's default role is changed to specifically their Superuser role, the User cannot access the application.
