Effective_Start_Date of HIRE/TERMINATION Record in PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M (Doc ID 2688530.1)

Goal

Using subject area Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time, I am creating a BI Analysis to calculate head count of HIRE and TERMINATION.

Regarding the head count of monthly Hired employee, I just need to total the record with Effective_Start_Date between 1st day and last day of the month in PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M.
Meantime, regarding head count of monthly Terminated employee, correct data cannot be collected if using the same date range.

How can I  total correct head count of monthly Terminated employee?
