Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
---------------------------
When attempting to approve the existing change request , user is getting java.lang.NullPointerException.

ERROR
---------
java.lang.NullPointerException , caused by null

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Goto to applications
2. goto Product Management->Product Development
3. Task List->Manage Change Orders
4. Search Existing Change Order which is under Analyst review
5. Click on Approve
6. User is getting java.lang.NullPointerException , caused by null

Notes:

1. This issue is happening after T2T Clone
2. Newly created change orders doesn't have issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
User should able to Approve the Change Orders/Change Requests Successfully if required role assigned to user.
