Symptoms

The OrderFulfillmentResponseService Web Service is not updating Extensible Flexfield information on a Order or Fulfillment Line.

Note:

1. The Order or Fulfillment Line that is being updated does NOT have any EFF data associated with it. This is the first time that EFF data is being captured.
2. Further changes to EFF information on subsequent calls of the Web Service are processed successfully.
3. The EFF Segment being updated is defined with a Default value.
