Items status is  "Inactive"

Still considered as part of roll up scenario.

Ideally, Inactive items shouldn’t be considered for cost roll-up irrespective of costing attributes.

The rolled up cost for this item shows up in the cost scenario and seems to include only the resource costs associated with it which also seems incorrect
