VO's Not Accessible with error Nonexistent table (Doc ID 2689498.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

When attempting to run the VO's
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
. [nQSError: 27047] Nonexistent table"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into analytics
2.Click on Administration-->Click on ISSUE SQL
3.Run the SQL then error out

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the VO's
