Symptoms
When attempting to load Calculation card with HCM Data Loader (HDL), the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange.
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data.
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit button.
Changes
The issue is for a common scenario where an Employee has multiple Global transfers and the employee comes back to original LE (Suppose assignment-1 was with LE1 and then after multiple Global transfers, employee comes back to LE1 with assignement-4).
