Symptoms

When trying to load multiple child support rows for an employee using HCM Data Loader in one file, then it errors out with the below error message.

If split the data and load the same data, then able to load the data successfully.

The calculation factor you're attempting to define for calculation item Support Child already exists.

oracle.jbo.RowValException: JBO-PAY:::PAY_DEDDF_ALTKEY_CALC_UNIT: PAY-1635063 The calculation factor you're attempting to define for calculation item Support Child already exists. A calculation factor already exists for the combination of calculation method, part HRX_US_PROTECTED_PAY_PERCENT, and the following reference values: 38.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Import and Load Data -> Import File -> Local File -> Browse -> select the zip file -> Submit -> Submit.
