Current And Proposed Values Not Shown In Notification (Doc ID 2690017.1)

When attempting to transfer an employee, it is found the Current and Proposed values are not displayed for the approver.

Steps to reproduce
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Line Manager.

2. Under My Team for any Direct Report initiate Promotion transaction.

3. Update required details.
 
4. Submit the transaction.

5. Now Login as approver and approve the transaction. You can see here that Current and
Proposed values are not displayed for approver above employee details section.

6. Once transaction is approved by Final level approver and if approver reopens the same
transaction from notification hyperlink then it shows the Current and proposed values.
Same behavior is observed for Transfer transaction.

Due to this issue, approvers are unable to see the current and proposed values.
