How Upcharge '%' is used? What is the rounding logic that is followed?

Example:

Tran Code 28: User calculated value is 26.72, Tran_Data value is 26.7.
Tran Code 29: User calculated value is 132.07(upcharge % used 24.7131) and 132.05 (upcharge % used is 24.71).
Tran_Data value is 132.05.
