On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Landed Cost Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot change the supplier name in the trade operation

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If Charge line already allocated to receipts, then the supplier and supplier site cannot be updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
Landed Costs->Manage Trade Operations->select one Trade Operation - Action-- Edit
