Check Constraint Error For CARRIER_SERVICE_CODE Even Though Code Is Added Details In Code Detail (Doc ID 2690810.1)

Symptoms

Getting check constraint error for CARRIER_SERVICE_CODE even though added details in Code detail
1- Add below codes in Carrier Code Services Code --
CDTL1 25 "CODE-A" No 1 Yes
CDTL2 40"CODE-B"  No 4 Yes
CDTL3 30 "CODE-C" No 3 Yes
CDTL4 27 "CODE-D" No 2 Yes


2) Process a customer Order fulfillment message from OMS having '30' as carrier service code.

3) The message failed to get processed in RMS with the error

Error ORA-02290: check constraint (<SCHEMA_OWNER>.CHK_ORDCUST_CARRIER_SERVICE_CO) violated returned by program unit CORESVC_FULFILORD_TSF.PERSIST_CREATE_TSF
