Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Manage Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Send Receipt Confirmation errors out.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
RMA Order should move to Awaiting Billing after receiving and Send receipt confirmation should progress.

STEPS
---------
1. RMA Order created and submitted.
2. Order received in Inventory.
3. Order line stuck in Awaiting Receiving status.
