On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Item Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Audit report is NOT showing Correct User once for the Delete Item Entry

If XXXXXX user deletes an Item, then instead of his/her user name a generic user name is coming "DEVELOPED_BY_APPLICATION"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct user name shall appear
