Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Item Management

Unable to update Item class at Master org level for certain items

Users are trying to update Item class for master org for items from UI and FBDI but are getting same error in both places

ERROR

Error message : Item : 00E2039(999_ITEM_MASTER), CategoryCode - JBO-27004:
Attribute set for CategoryCode in entity
ImportAM.j_ItemRevisionFgInfrastructureAndManagementEquipmentPrivateVO_Product
LabelSerialCountersAvoc_j_ItemRevisionFgproductsPrivateVOToItemRevisionEFFBXX_

Navigate to PIM
Manage Items
Actions -> Change item class
