Symptoms
Bell Notifications are not working for Confirm Receipt Notifications
Profile option RCV_SSP_NOTIF_INCLUDE_PAST_DUE_ORDERS = N
Some users that already have the required privilege to receive a bell notification and e-mail either don't receive e-mail or notification.
