Symptoms

Unifier Any Version

When attempting to upload a 170Mb attachment to a Business Process record, the user receives the error message below

ERROR
 
"Error Upload Errors - <Name_of_File> File size exceeds limit."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Log into the Stage environment as reporting user
  2. Navigate to Project with configuration set to have documents attached, and Create Project
  3. Click Attachment to attach document of file size 170MB.
  4. Error message above is received.
