An ADF error is reported when creating an order:

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server exception during PPR

Additionally the following error may also be displayed:

Cause The message, DOO-DOO_CMN_RULE_INVALID_VO , can not be accessed.
Action Report this problem to an administrator
